Returns
All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Returns are applicable on all products and categories - Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Spare Parts, Hardware and Tools, Health and Beauty
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Commercial HVAC
This category has no return/refund/replacement system. We inspect before dispatching the product and make sure product is very well functional.
In order to help you resolve the issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, and/or over the phone.
If a defect is determined within 10 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand and/or brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you immediately on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Under no circumstances, refund shall not be made in any account other than the one which was originally used to make online payment.
Shipping cost for return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All products being shipped are fully insured. In case of any damage during transit, new replacement shall be provided at no extra cost.

Reason for Delayed Delivery
Delivery to certain areas eg. North Eastern states, Jammu & Kashmir, Remote areas in Hills etc. may have a longer delivery period due to lack of accessibility, poor weather conditions, security reasons etc.
In case of cities dealing with law and order situations, delivery might get temporarily affected.
Customs and International Shipping
When order is being placed outside of India, the recipient is solely responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Aldahome has no control over these charges, nor can Aldahome predict what they may be.
Since customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order online by writing to sales@aldahome.com before the product has been shipped. You need to quote your order ID and product Name. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier/transport service. In this case, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For order placed using payment gateway, any cancellation request must be made within 48 hours. Cancellation can still be made after 48 hours but in such case refund shall be made after deduction of applicable processing charges.
